Fixing Mistakes
Boost your knitting confidence with our Fixing Mistakes class! We will cover how to back-knit (tink), pick up drop stitches, change purls into knits (and vice versa), unravel your work, create life lines and tighten saggy stitches. You will learn to identify common mistakes and how to fix them.
Materials Needed:
-Worsted weight yarn.
-Size us 7 or 8 needles.
-Crochet hook.
-Scrap yarn of different color.
Homework: With a medium to light colored yarn (worsted weight), Cast on 30 stitches using size US 7 or 8 needles. Work in garter stitch for 3-5 inches. Leave on needle and bring to class. For more practice, you may also do another piece in stockinette.
Experience Required: Basic knitting skills (cast-on, knit, purl, bind-off)
Class Limit: 3 students
Other: Mask and proof of vaccination required.
Revival Yarns Class Policies
1. All classes must be paid for before the start of class.
2. Classes are not refundable.
3. Students must give 48 hours notice of cancellation.
4. Make up classes are not offered. A private lesson can be scheduled for $25 per hour.
