Knitathon 2023

An annual fundraiser for the Athens Area Homeless Shelter hosted by Revival Yarns.

Here we go again! It’s Knitathon season!

When: Sunday, December 10th, 11am - 4pm
Where: 585 Barber St! Our shop “front yard”!
Why: Raise funds and awareness for Athens Area Homeless Shelter.
How: Purchase your registration below!
Bring: A chair (if you can), and your current project to work on.

Wait, what is the Knitathon?

The Knitathon is a fundraiser we organize for the Athens Area Homeless Shelter (AAHS).

Fiber lovers purchase a “registration” ticket to attend the event. 100% of registration sales, raffle, and swag proceeds go directly to AAHS. We typically raise around $4,000, and hope we can do that again this year!

During the Knitathon we knit, we crochet, chat, listen to music, snack, and just have a wonderful time together as a fiber community. We also put together a wonderful raffle, and have plans for a fun contest with prizes!

This event means a lot to us. Giving back any way we can is at the heart of Revival Yarns. We hope you can join us!
